Gear product

I put many gears in the domestic maker.

A module: I produce 0.5-3 mainly. (the gear more than module 10 is manufacturable, too.)
Commencing with high frequency quenching, soft; nitride it, and can meet various requests such as cementation quenching.
I produce carbon steel for the machine structure, SCM materials, cast nylon or the forging gear.

Spur gear

It is also called spar gear (Spur Gear). It is the cylindrical gear which a tooth circle is parallel for an axis, and is straight.

I suggest the product which fitted the needs of the customer and provide it.

Helical gear

The helical gear (Helical Gear) is the gear that a flat cog muscle inclined for an axis, and strength is relatively greatly quieter than a spur gear. It is also called hasuba gear. It is the gear of the type that an axis parallels.

Bevel gear

A bevel gear (Bevel Gear) is the gear that a tooth circle having a cone is straight.
It is the gear of the type that an axle crosses with the gear which is also called sugubakasa gear.
There is the spiral bevel gear (Spiral Bevel Gear) that a tooth muscle having a cone inclined.

Cutting artefact

Commencing with lathe processing, fraise processing, screw processing, keyway processing give various responses.
