A balloon air current includes the important element forming an open clean zone. KOKEN was stable in its wind velocity, direction of the wind, and there was not unevenness and succeeded in creating the balloon air currents that even the slight wind velocity and the air volume that there was few it were hard to scatter more.

The general clean bench sends air with the air which I filtered with air filter and prevents an inflow of the fresh air by keeping the surrounded work space in a positive pressure state, and it is in structure to maintain the high cleanliness degree.
While open clean bench "KOACH" is structure having high workability without the wall, I find the high cleanliness degree that is equal to a clean bench for it. It is the high-performance same flow and two air currents technology called the facing type air current that enabled it.
The cleared high-performance same flow gushes out of push food of open clean bench "KOACH". However, even if it is the high-performance same flow, I induce neighboring air as I burst into laughter if a rotation is not surrounded and leave the aspect, and the cleanliness domain gradually gets narrow. I performed the CFD analysis by our parameter and simulated air current distribution of "KOACH".
I show the result in the chart below. In fast order of the speed of the air current, it is red → Yellow → Green → I am shown with blue.

Merit of the open clean bench which "I do not surround"
It brought a big merit in workability that it was not necessary to surround a rotation by open clean technology.

The open clean technology is the technique that I can contribute to in not only high performance and the good workability but also the energy saving. Not only the formation technology of the clean space is high, but also open clean bench "KOACH" can lose the extra power consumption that I spent on existing clean room maintenance by the introduction and is the device which can thereby contribute to greenhouse gas (CO2) discharge reduction.

Problems about the environment including global warming and the ozone depletion become the important issue, and the interest in issue of global environment of people increases. The influence that a company activity gives in environment is big, and the active approach to an environmental problem solution is hoped for.
A medium-term aim to reduce a greenhouse gas discharge 25% compared to 1990 in the new cabinet by 2020 in 2009 was expressed. Only it suppresses the energy consumption if I can make a clean zone the minimum range and can contribute to greenhouse gas reduction.
