Sheath resistance bulb
The structure filled it with the inorganic insulation thing (magnesium oxide MgO) with the trademark of the sheath resistance bulb strongly between stainless steel narrow tube (sheath) and conducting wire and temperature measuring resistance element (CERACOIL) and broke with the re geo-pack. Principle of the platinum resistance bulb
Generally, the metal electrical resistance changes by temperature. Above all, these relations are more linear than other metal, and the temperature coefficient is big, too, and platinum is suitable for thermometry. In addition, it is scientific and has a superior characteristic physically and a high-purity thing is easy to be provided industrially and it is stable as a resistance element for the thermometry for a long term and can use it. The characteristic is standardized in JIS and others, the foreign standard, and thermometry having high precision is possible.

Wide applied range
Because outer diameter is thin, I can measure the temperature of the small measurement thing and can use it for the wide temperature range to -200 - +500 degree.

High responsiveness
For narrow tube form, there is little thermal capacity, and the reply that is sensitive to a minute temperature change, and is quick is possible.

The handling prepares
Because bending is easy (double the sheath outer diameter as for the minimum bend radius), it can be easily attached to flexural many points on the site.

Longer life
Because conducting wire, the resistance element of the RESIOPAK sheath resistance bulb are insulated with stable magnesium oxide in comparison with a conventional resistance bulb chemically, and airtightness is kept, it is longer life for a secular variation, disconnection.

Mechanical strength, the vibration-proof nature are good
I can use it under the conditions such as a point with the vibration, the erosiveness atmosphere.

Manufacturable sheath outer diameter
I can produce it to sheath outer diameter φ 0.8mm - φ 12.75mm. The minimum temperature-sensing element outer diameter is producible to φ 1.0.
